The stars seemed to align to introduce our first truly Japan themed cocktail, made with the same charm and precision you’d find in your local cocktail bar in Tokyo.
We take fresh pear juice and blend a few unique ingredients like pandan leaves and miso to create a liquid umami drink. We also made our own Japan inspired chartreuse liqueur as a modifier to enhance and compliment this one of a kind taste experience. This drink is an ode to Japan with its light but rich flavour that will leave you wanting more.
Tasting notes:
Pandan and rich earthy spices greet your senses with a light gin note on the nose. Light citrus and coconut notes make room for herbal flavours in the chartreuse fade into a nutty and umami flavour. The finish is light but rich, lingering nutty flavour of sesame fades into citrus notes.
