Gin & Juice

We took our house-made premium gin and blended it with the freshest grapefruit juice. But it seemed like such a waste to throw out the pith and peels (and all the lovely aromatic oils they hold). So we macerated them in our spirit and made bitters to add a layer of complexity and tart zing to this nuanced yet crushable cocktail.
