Cherry, Black Lime, Mint & Vodka
Cherry Limeade has long been one of our favourite sodas (particularly the kind you can score at a certain US fast food drive-in chain…).
BC being famous for its cherries, we decided it was time to do a grown up spin on this delicious beverage. To balance the sweetness of our cherry juice, we added black limes for an intense citrus character. To up the refreshment, we tossed in a little bit of freshly harvested mint from our friends over at Field House Brewing.
The resulting beverage balances fruity sweetness and complex tart flavours, with a cool, refreshing finish.

Top tier drink. I love Cherry flavor, but often it errs on the side of too sweet or fake-candy. The lime makes a perfect balance.
