Barrel Aged Rum & Egg Nog
Rum and Egg Nog is an annual tradition in our cocktail workshop. This year things got started early as we soaked our Rum in Bourbon barrels for 6 months till it smoothed out the edges. Then we spiced it all to give it the Provincial glow-up with a mix that includes cinnamon, nutmeg, and other spices. Tonka bean brings a taste similar to vanilla caramel & dark honey. Once ready we delicately blend together with our fresh Egg Nog, Bourbon, Brandy, and Sherry. This cocktail is a pure existential delight.
